Unfriendly attitude of IISc for the Campus Bird Count. 180224

I spent half of yesterday (Saturday, 17 Feb '24) organizing our visit to the IISc Campus as part of the Campus Bird Count, just to avoid hassles in securing entry. From the mail thread below, you can see that Sri Kedar Wagh, Convenor, Nature Club, also put in his efforts on our behalf. However, all our efforts were in vain
