I tear off the leaf of my daily calendar.It's a habit that's a long-standing one... for many years, I always asked my sister in law, itsalouwelylife to buy a "rANi mutthu" daily calendar for me (I was superstitious..the 2 years that I bought one for myself, I lost my parents, and then again, once, when I did this, I lost my brother. Now, I've lost a lot,

I am also a calendar person though I haven't used a daily leaf one in years. I carry my daily agenda with me in paper version and each day is annotated for what needs doing, getting etc.
I often cross off what's been done and that takes the place of tearing off a page.

My biggest superstition that I strongly believe in is "if anything happens three times if it is good it will get better, if it is bad it will become worse"...I dread when something happens in threes and not sure if it is a good or bad omen. **Shuddering**
