I am so sorry, Deepa...how frightening and anger-making all in one. You had great presence of mind. What they have there is a mafia (police included) all working together to prey on people who look weak...like women others who may not understand that it's all a racket.

This is not an Isolated Incident. almost all cities face such unruly AUTO Drivers fleecing passengers and parking at unholy places and obstructing free flow of Traffic. The law should be enacted and restrict these autorishwas to lanes and bylanes from main roads be cleared of the 3 wheel menace jai Hind
