It happens here, too. It's called musical help desks. They all know the users of your plan have been quietly dumped into the "slow down their speed" plan.

With Airtel, we can log into our account and check the plan and usage. surprised (maybe not surprised) that BSNL doesn't have it. Not that Airtel gives us the speed we contracted for. Every once in a while I have to call them and the speed goes up again..'sorry, ma'am, the settings had changed' Huh?
