You should definitely take time to wander around Epcot for the Flower and Garden Festival. It's not so much things going on (besides the "Flower Power" concert series) as much as it is the park is beautiful. There are flowers and topiaries and such all over every inch of the park. It's worth seeing and there's a lot to photograph too. (Including a butterfly garden!)
The Star Wars Weekend is a little more "events" as in there are special autograph sessions and a parade and more chances to get your picture taken with Star Wars characters but if you don't do the SW stuff, it's not like it overtakes the entire park. Though it can be a little busier overall.
You'll be there for my birthday. Sadly, my passes are expiring May 10th and I don't think I'll have the $ to renew them before my birthday.

Oooh, I guess I'll have to take a peek at Epcot then. I know the pictures all looked gorgeous, I just wasn't sure how bad the crowds would be. It's nice to know there isn't much in the way of events...

I'm glad to hear the AC is working. Nothing like an unexpected expense when you're trying to do something fun.
And oh how I love Downtown Disney. Make sure to go to the bath bomb store. I forget what it's called, but you'll smell it a mile away. The strawberry lemonade bombs turn your bathtub pink and make the water smell like pez. This is perhaps something only I enjoy, but there's plenty other flavors to choose from.
You always make me smile, hun. XD I'll definitely keep an eye out for the place. Not sure if I'd like the pez smell, but something similar would be divine! <3 Thanks!
My mother informs me that the store is called Basin. She gets lavender bombs there which I guess are nice if you'd rather smell like lavender than pez. I dig that sugary candy smell.
