If you end up buying a new car, go with a company high on TQM.

Here's a hint - Ford isn't one of them :p.

I'm already dealing with a damned fuckus. I know Ford won't be high on any list. I didn't exactly buy this car with any particular research under my belt. I was desperate, and they fucked me over as hard as they could.

My suggestion is get a list of cars you like for what ever reasons and then do research into the,. Ever car company has its lemons.

I plan to do that. I just don't even know if I can get a loan and afford a car worth getting, so it's really all up in the air. I may have to fix this problem while I wait, just so it doesn't do more damage, and then pray I can actually get something. I'm not going to waste my time or yours doing research when I can't afford a car that isn't a piece of crap.

Seriously do it anyways. It will not hurt to do research even if you can not get the loan. What it does is prepares you for the future. Truly until I bought the vette I was always looking into cars.

Oh no. I am SO sorry dear. That's got to be so frustrating and disappointing, especially when you were hoping to save the money for a wedding. :(
I really hope nothing else is wrong with the car!
