I get lines in my printing all the time. Doesn't matter if I'm full-up on ink or not. You can try doing a nozzle cleaning to help but it does use ink so if you're already low, you might want to wait until you put the new cartridge in. Seems like the damned lines on mine happen whenever they want and it doesn't much help whatever I do. (Which is highly annoying.) I'd try running a cleaning cycle though. Should be in the properties/maintenance settings of your printer.

Mine is a Cannon by the way, so I don't know if Cannon is more prone to do it or if mine just kinda sucks.

I may be wrong, but I think ours is an Epson. I'll try running the cleaning cycle, though. We rarely use the darn thing, so I don't know why it's being such a pain to us. I hope we can get this fixed, though. I doubt just the horns and marble magnets will be enough... ;-;

Maybe it's because you don't use it much so the nozzle is partially dried out or something? I don't know. I've yet to figure out a pattern when mine does the lines and when it doesn't. Good luck with it though!

Some of the popular stuff nowadays seems to be: Death Note, Ouran High School Host Club, Bleach..umm...man, I feel out of the loop now. You could probably do some Naruto ones.
