That was sweet. I really liked the confusion at the end - each one kicking himself for moving too fast (which is very believable for both characters). Nicely done!

Thank you!! It's been SO long since I've written any BtVS. Just never considered them before, but I have to say, in my head, it really works--and it should when you consider, IMO that: Xander was, is, will always be, fandoms little black dress ;)
