I think the first kiss was the ep called Millenium, I may be wrong though

That sounds right. When they were watching the New Year's celebrations, right? But see, that just doesn't stick in the mind as much as the kiss that never was, I don't know why.

Yep, that's correct. Although my favourite Mulder & Scully kiss would have to be at the end of season 8, with baby William in their arms. ♥
