I may have been suckered into a new fandom. *headdesk* Hell, it's not even a new fandom, the show's been off the air for ten years, and it only ever had two seasons then!

I blame this picspam. I got me interested. I'd never ever heard of a TV show of The Magnificent Seven before, but once I did...bam. Hook, line and sinker. There needs to be more

I have no idea! I guess I was kinda occupied with school between '98 and '00, and I obviously wasn't aware of illegal methods of obtaining US shows, so I'd have had no way to see even if I wanted to! So it's just completely passed me by, until now. And now..GUH. Fallen so damn hard. Need icons and headers and pictures and EVERYTHING. Have just ordered the DVDs too!

OMG, it's awesome! I mean, the movie is awesomecakes incarnate, you know? And nothing can top Steve McQueen and Yul Brynner, except...this is kinda different, the characters aren't all the same, and it's...I don't know, I'm just in love. There needs to be more Westerns in my life.

I've never fallen for a show this old before! It raises all kinds of new and exciting issues, like do I cut for spoilers? It's ten years old, that's way past spoiler-date, but if I know people are just getting into it, do spoilers become an issue again? I don't know!

I'm two episodes in and I love it so much I just ordered both seasons on DVD. *squeaks happily* I love that new fandom feeling, when everything's fresh and shiny and there's so much fic out there just waiting to dive into!
