It was one of those roads where cars are parked on the opposite side, so oncoming traffic either has to inch past you or wait until you've gone. Guess what this fucker did? Neither. No, I was in the car at the time, driving in the opposite direction. And no, sadly, I didn't get the number plate - he didn't even slow down, let alone stop, so he was disappearing in the distance and I couldn't read it. And where it happened is a country road, there's no CCTV either. I'm just gonna have to suck it up and pay for it. :(
