If their web site states that it's delivery to the room of your choice, you need to call them back and demand that they provide delivery to the room of your choice. There is no "it's up to the delivery person" BS if that's the service they offer because that is the service you paid for.

I'm assuming this is Simon? And err, tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be fine - I'm going to do my best helpless female routine - low-cut top, pleading expression, tenner in the back pocket, just in case.
