Just someone posting asking for help concerning a matter in their personal life that's completely unrelated to Lewis. She's posted the same thing in another comm I'm a member of and got pretty much the same response over there too. *sighs* Why do people feel the need to post about their personal lives in communities? Her post is still up - I told her to delete it, but if it's still there in a bit I'll probably take it down myself. Do you think that's okay?

Ah, that's okay then. Always good to get back-up from my fellow mod!

It just drives me nuts when you see posts in communities that say 'i know this is against the rules' or 'i know this has nothing to do with Show XYZ, but...' - if you know it's against the rules or it's irrelevant, why post it?

Yeah, I've deleted the post now. I just don't get why people feel the need to bring their personal lives into communities like that - especially when they state right at the start 'i know this isn't the place for this...' You think? Grrr.

I know! Perhaps she thinks people who like Morse/Lewis are smart and therefore know something about everything and are therefore the people to go to for advice about teeth. Who knows? It's odd. And she's someone who's already set my teeth on edge (no pun intended!) because she's using an icon of mine without credit, despite the fact that I've already asked her once to credit me.
