It must be one of those days because I want all the foods and I want them all right now.

I just ate two chocolate cupcakes at a colleague's mini leaving-do. Feel a bit sick now!

Easter is such a fatal time for me, I've really been overindulging in Cadburys lately...

I lost quite a bit of weight about three years ago on a weight loss course, and I've recently had to face up to the fact that I've been steadily putting half a stone back on every year since then. It does seem like our bodies have a natural weight that they're always fighting to get back too :sighs: It's rather depressing because now I have all the "you look so much better since you lost the weight" compliments in the back of my mind now, and honestly I'm not that far off my original weight at the moment

Yeah, I lost five and a half stone about five years ago, and whilst I've kept all that weight off, I do feel like I've been dieting all that time and not getting any further. Running to stand still, so to speak. It very much feels like this is the weight my body is content to settle at - whereas I am not!

I think everyone does have a natural weight. I fluctuate within 10 lbs or so of the same weight.

I can't seem to lose the last stone I need to - I'm eating less and less and still putting on weight. It's frustrating isn't it? Hungry all the time.
