I randomly decided to try the Fast Five diet - basically you fast for 19 hours and can therefore only eat within a five hour window. It's supposed to do something with baselines and limbic hunger and blah blah blah. I don't know. I don't really care, if it works! I'll be curious to hear if this regimen works. I'm a light eater during the summer anyway because it's too hot to cook so I mostly throw together salads for meals.
