I just weighed myself for the first time since my surgery. Even though I've obviously lost weight from my boobs, I was fully prepared for the scales to tell me I'd gained weight since there's still so much swelling and fluid retention, and I haven't been able to exercise the way I normally do, and I've been eating more from sheer boredom ( Read more... )

That does seem a lot, but if your chest was really large before then it could be that they took off more weight than you realised?

Scales are goofy, finicky things.

I generally try to avoid standing on them and instead, try to pay attention to how my clothes are fitting.
