...which makes me die a little inside, okay? Because, because...I need to say this, the scene with the sand horses. OMG. It was like they pulled it out of my head and stuck it onscreen, and when does that happen? How often does your imagination tie up so exactly with an adaptation that you just sit there stunned?

I can't remember if you said you'd read the book or not? Either way, it's really really good. I honestly can't think of another book adaptation that has been so well received by fans of the book - even the things they've changed, I can see why they've changed them, and the changes work.

I am dling for Pauline (who adores the book) but I am enjoying this version more than I did the book. (But I have a thing for Regency Magick, LOL)

It's sitting on my TiVo waiting for me to watch it, but hubby hasn't read the books and isn't radiating enthusiasm so it's having to wait a little.
