Agreed! Tara was so great. I particularly loved how in season 6, even though we saw less of her, she got to have more agency - we saw her less as Willow's girlfriend and saw her being a good friend to Dawn, being the only person Buffy talked to about Spike etc. And the dead lesbians motif is so old and frustrating. Ugh. And then it meant we got saddled with KENNEDY!!

Tara was a lovely character, one of those characters who is so good and kind without ever being insufferable or a Mary-Sue. I think her death is one of those fandom deaths I'll never quite be over, like Ianto or Wash...
