Hmm, what counts as a supporting character? Someone whose name isn't in the credits? Who only appears in a few episodes or scenes?

In that case, then...Charlie Bradbury from Supernatural. For a start, she's played by Felicia Day so I'm predisposed to love her anyway, quite apart from the fact that

Charlie! I've been catching up on Supernatural over the past few months, having originally drifted away post-season-five, and she's easily been my favourite new addition. And her relationship with Dean is so charming!

(The last Charlie episode I saw was 'Pac-Man Fever', which I was particularly pleased by because there was so much hugging in it. Appear in many more episodes, Charlie! Bring more hugging to this frequently hugging-deprived show!)

I would be quite happy for Charlie to join the team permanently, I love her. She and Dean are just so sweet with each other, and Dean has so few female relationships that aren't about sex...
