yes, so do I when I say we'll respond in 2 business days. This allows the reply to be sent say on Monday if the original support request was send on Thursday morning. Therefore: I can take of skiing on Wednesday afternoon then come back Sunday night and reply to the requests Monday morning: almost 5 days of vacation :)))
