I'm not sure if I remember that first conversation exactly. But if part of the conversation were about alternatives to drugs or drink to get high then yes, my friend, there are many. But getting natural highs require a little more effort and many people are too lazy, one way of another, or too insecure to make the effort. And it also very much depends on where your head is and heart is and whether or not you're receptive enough to believe in them
