Ah, ok I see! I'm German so I can assure you that it is total nonsense XD Did you use an online translater?
The right translation would be "Der fünfzehnte großartige Icon Eintrag"
This would literally be "The fifteenth great icon entry"
The word "note" is a bit confusing but I guess you mean smth like a post/entry in a community or your journal, right? We use the word "note" only for papers or memos.
And the word "greatness" is also difficult. We have the word "great" but making it into a noun would make it to a word which has the same meaning like "height". So to avoid confusion and make it sound better and more German, I'd prefer to put it the way I did it.

And sorry if I'm a loudmouth, I don't intend on being an ass, I really just want to help D:
