  • it's an amalgam of parts of my first and middle names.

Wow! That's awesome! And I so love you're icon. "Fun-vee" was one of the best lines ever! Actually, I was at PCC up until this last September, but then I transferred back to OSU. But what campus are you from? I went to Sylvania and Rock Creek. RC was my favorite. :D

XDD Thank you! This icon amuses me so much. I'm from the Sylvania campus, but I've heard a lot of good things about Rock Creek and after my all-Internet-classes summer term I think I might start taking a couple there instead (depending on how long the drive ends up being, once I find directions, of course).

I loved RC for the most part because I was a Geosciences major; I was taking Bacc Core classes at Syl in the morning, driving to RC in the afternoon, and working at night. Not fun, but definitely entertaining at times. :D I lived roughly equidistant from both campuses, so it wasn't much of a big deal for me. Some days I'd get up really early and drive my mom to work on my way to class (she worked in downtown Portland). So I think it also depends on what you're interested in. For one of my intro to geology courses, we got to take a field trip about 25 minutes out from RC campus (down the 20) to look at rock deposits and sediment layers. It was so cool!
