The Lovely Liz acquired a cat last year (pictured above). Since she and I are moving in together soon, this means I will be (and sort of already am) a pet owner for the first time. I'm kind of excited about this. I never really felt the lack of not having a pet, but now that it looks like I'm going to have one, I'm really looking forward to it

She may settle down some, but she'll keep surprising you! It's interesting seeing how the crazy changes as they get older. Still crazy, but you're more used to it and they're more interested in laying around.
