[voiced, not filtered but clearly aimed at roomies]

Hey, guys. I, uh... I think I'm gonna find my own place. We're runnin' out of rooms, and I don't want to crash your little home-world party.

No offense and all that, alright?

None taken, I know you and I never got along well, but you know how Takiko is, she wants those she cares about the most close to her.

Not gonna lie, I still think you're annoying, but come by and visit her, ok?

Yeah, I'll think about it. Uh... thanks and all that.

You know I'm also not going to let you make her mad.

Seriously, don't repeat my mistakes.

Chill, alright? I'm not gonna make her mad. I mean, not on purpose at least.

Demyx-san.. you weren't crashing into anything. If you don't visit, I will visit you. And you'll be greeted with the hilt of my naginata.

[ Sighs softly, not so much in a temper now. ]

You're a good friend. I don't want to lose touch. especially with you being from another world.

What do you mean, especially that?

Xion left.. and it showed me that people from other worlds can disappear in the blink of an eye, never to be seen again. I don't want that to happen..

Besides, you'll need someone to bring you half-decent food every now and then.

So can people from your world. Heck, so can you.

And it's not like I need to eat anyway.

I heard Takiko.

[Unsure what to say, considering they didn't talk much and he's really not living in the house. Long pause here.]

If that's what makes you comfortable, then that's what you should do. You weren't making us uncomfortable, though.

[Aside from Uruki, and he doesn't count half the time.]

Oh, no, it's all good. It's about time for Takiko to get some friends in from her own world. I'd be a lot of munny on even more of you showing up, and I'd rather get the heck out of there before it happens.

Before this she'd never met me, actually. We're from different times, which makes all this more confusing than it has to be. Especially with her wanting to know everything that's happened to us. [Another pause, but a lot shorter.] I wouldn't recommend staying away from her, though - she's very, very stubborn, as I'm sure you've seen at least once. She might break down your door if you try.

[Take the hint, less physical pain that way.]

If she wants to chill, I'm not going to tell her no. That'd be rude.

[And here's Lexaeus, just wandering on past, although he slows a bit when he spots Demyx. Going somewhere?]

[No, not going anywhere at all. Just standing there, actually. He glances at Lexaeus, back at the building, then settles on turning to face the other Nobody. Plastering on a smile, he offers:]

Nice weather we're having, isn't it?

[This is the day before the thunderstorm, remember?]

[Lexaeus can guess that the smile's a bit fake. But he politely ignores it for the time being.]

For the moment, yes.

[A bit of an awkward pause. Then:]

Can I, uh... Can I help you?

[heading back from the library, there's...a Demyx...and a sitar on the ground.] That probably can't be very good for it.

What? Oh, nah, it's pretty tough. And besides, it'll always come back good as new next time.

True. What're you doing out here anyway?

Finding my own place, I think. Figured this'd be the best place to start.
