I can't say they'd be new, but they'd certainly be unusual, so I suppose you're right and I would notice. And I'm not feeling anything, so I suppose I should be grateful.

Yeah. I don't experience them nearly enough to be used to them. I don't know for sure, but I think I would have to be a prostitute for that to happen.
