Just listening to my iTunes on shuffle and I was reminded that I have (and have had for many years) Lynn Breedlove's book "Godspeed" but I've never read it for some reason. While digging through my book collection to find this I found that for some reason "Sex In The City" is there. I have no idea why. I didn't buy it. I'm very confused. Also ( Read more... )

You should try the Sookie Stakehouse series by Charlaine Harris. Its a bit of a teen drama, but I found myself deeply involved in the books. it is a vampire series, and that is ever weirder for me, because I am not the one to get into vampire books.

Also, have you ever read Go Ask Alice? Its a heartbreaker.

Pleeeeease read "A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius" by Dave Eggers. I HIGHLY recommend it, it's brilliant and hilarious, even the introduction and copywrite info is tampered with my the author.

I've only seen two episodes of John From Cincinnati and it definitely seems like a slow burn, but I hope for its sake it picks up really soon. Ed O'Neil's scene stealing pretty much gives me hope.
