Considering in the comics they occasionally hint at there being an active fanbase in-verse that's not at all unlike the RL verse, and...well, we have RPF. The superheroes are just a different kind of celebrity. Do the math. :P

There needs to be more Coulson love. Hell, Coulson deserves all the love.

Loki & Thor's reactions to the pervy comics was priceless. The pervy comics were, in & of themselves, fantastic.

I figure if we're dealing with a universe where the Avengers are treated like a kind of celebrity, they'd get the full creepy treatment ;)
