I MISSED PART SEVEN! Idk how I missed it, but I went to read it when I saw this come up and was like, wait! I missed something! THE BROTHERS BEING AWKWARD and Loki not wanting to remember who he was because how things aren't as simple as "oh! mutant!" but "oh! ALIEN NORSE GOD! that did mean things.... oops." I love how made him awkward around Thor but Thor is all like, BROTHER, WHY WON'T YOU HUG ME. Hugs are important to Thor, it's obvious.

And this chapter! Oh Thor!! HE'S THE MOST JOVIAL OF ALL HEROES. You had me loling at practically every line because he's so earnest and I just want to cuddle his face.

“That’s, like, the best gift you know how to give someone, isn’t it?” Darcy mused out loud. “Beating people up on their behalf.”

Thor blinked at her, surprised at the question. “Yes,” he said honestly.Favourite exchange! And excellent fight scene! All your actions scenes are great and now Loki is back and I think he kinda wants to cry -- that low tone is voice is so not anger but ~emotions -- but before that they have to team up

I love writing Thor. He is ridiculous. And I mean that with all the love and affection. <3

Also I'll be honest - I really really enjoyed writing chapter seven, because it was so full of character angst and emotional turmoil. I just...really had a lot of fun with that one scene with Thor and Loki. I AM A TERRIBLE PERSON.

I'm glad you liked both chapters, and the extended action scene-age that was going on in this one. Next chapter should be up a week from Sunday ;)

*LOOOOOOVE* this - finally caught up, and it just keeps getting better and better. You had me openly laughing at the mental picture of Thor flying with a van on his back and Darcy continues to be perfect in the way you write her.

Action scene was fantastic, and now that Loki is back, I'm looking forward to seeing how his relationship will develop with Darcy (my favorite ship :) ) ♥

Thank you! I'm pleased to hear that the whole flying van part worked out okay, and relieved that my take on Darcy continues to be believable. And also that you thought the action parts were good...sometimes I don't know why I write so much of them.

You'll see what happens with Darcy and Loki a bit in the next part, but just remember...sometimes you have to tear something down, in order to build it back up again...
