First, the Kate-candidate issue. For whatever reason, Kate is crossed out on the cave wall. Apparently it didn't make the edit if I remember correctly from the Lost wiki.

Second, "And, omg, DESMOND!! Ohhh, poor, poor, Desmond. He finally gets off of this fucking Island, and Charles Epic Douchebaggery Jackass-Face Widmore has to drag him back in again! Desssmooond! I pine for you! (Did anyone else think he was gonna say "...brotha?" when he saw Sayid under the dock? Seriously, just me?)"

I would've agreed with you normally. I like to think Desmond saw Sayid, recognized who he was... but at the same time KNEW something was not quite right with him. Just based off of Sayid's look in that shot. Also, wtf is Desmond special now?

Huh. That's really odd. I wish they'd, I dunno, EXPLAINED THAT or something.

Yeah, I have no clue why poor Desmond needed to be dragged back into this. Except maybe because Widmore is not done making his daughter cry enough yet. (Seriously dude, WTF?)

I also kinda loved Ben coming to save Sun...and then grumpily having to defend himself from suspicion later.

I kind of loved that too. It's going to be a long hard road to become a good guy I think.

I just love it when long-term bad guys switch sides and join the good guy ensemble, because it always leads to such epic fun ensemble-y times like these. ♥

Sun was EPIC this week. Her angry screw destiny speech is quite possibly my favorite scene of the season so far. That was perfect.

I'm so worried about Des. He was supposed to be okay and out of this mess and now he's back and I'm terrified. Arg.

Did anyone else think/hope that 'the package' might turn out to be Juliet?

This didn't occur to me (Darlton has beaten hope out of me on the Juliet front) but it would have been amazing.
