For those of you that read the Waking 'verse, I think I just realized: in my head, Nicole Dominic might be played by a blue-eyed version of Sophia Bush.
The funny thing is, I don't even watch...whatever show that is she's on (One Tree Hill? I think?). But someone on my flist posted a picture of her, and I was all 'Hmm. Wait...'
Eh, I think I've finally accepted that, since she's a figmentation in my head, no actress is ever going to look exactly like what I'm picturing. But I think that this definitely comes the closest so far to what I was going for.
She's got the right build, the right hair, pretty much the right face - give her fierce martial arts combat skills and Zooey Deschanel/Alexis Bledel eyes, and I'd say we're there.
