I just got an email from UNO saying that Louisiana's office of financail aid had a security breach, and a bunch of people's info (name and SSN) got hacked and stolen. I checked, and mine may be on the list. They have no idea how they got them, but it's out there now. So guess who's going to have to put Fraud Alerts on his name? That's right... ( Read more... )

Indeed. Now there is no really good air hockey table taht I know of in the city.

The only true reason to go to Fun arcade now is if you want to play pinball or mayhaps the racing games.

I miss Game Klub.

GREAT JOB, LOSFA! THIS MORE THAN LIKELY AFFECTS EVERYONE I KNOW WHO STAYED IN STATE FOR SCHOOL! I sincerely hope they can get this information out to everyone that it pertains to.

"It is indicated that your data was involved in this potential data exposure. Your name and Social Security Number were in the potentially exposed data. However, no financial information was included in your records."

I can't wait for someone to steal my identity!

Just follow the instructions and prepare for the case to happen. It blows, but it seems that we DON'T have the best government money can buy anymore.

I say you might want to help spread the word via The Facebook and MySpace. Just in case there are people you know who don't look at LJ.

Like we students don't have enough to worry about...

But I feel you, dude. I've lost a lot of motivation (and faith) in school. But if I quit now, I'll probably just end up regretting it and have to finish college years latter with a full-time job and kids. We must suck it up and finish. The ends in sight!!!
