Well, I've conquered my horrendous sleeping habits by staying up 48 hours and sleeping at 12am. The thing is..I got up at 6:30am naturally..and this has happened..TWICE. I went from sleeping 10-13 hours and now I'm getting about 5.5-6.5 hours. Why in the world ( Read more... )
