Was he? I know Mitsuo was stalking Rise....but I don't remember if he happened before or after Rise got her Shadow....but I know that when Naoto joins, Rise is already part of the team because she takes Teddie's place as navigator in the TV world.
But damn, September would suck =(. Ah well...I'm happy there's an anime at all too, I just really want to see what they'll do for Naoto's Shadow teaser.
