Joss Whedon is taking over the writing of Runaways after BKV leaves. Anything Joss Whedon touches become cult gold, and kicks ass. I need my fill of Marvel. I am excited. Oh, I adore Runaways. I have long since avoided American comics (and manga, unless I'm feeling masochistic or one of the rare good ones comes my way) but Runaways is really something special. Er, to me. And yes, it does have a dinosaur, but it's not a raptor, though you will think it is for a very long time. Pick it up if you like dysfunctional teenage renegade groups, mild femmeslash, boys with gloves what set things on fire (see dude in icon), and a plot to blow the world up. ;D

Well, it's really only one-way femmeslash, in it's more pronounced in the second series, but hey, it's there. >D

Ssh! You'll give him ideas. Bad things happen when he gets ideas! Like that time he filled the entire basement with killer jack-in-the-boxes because he liked the music.
