Elven Crystals is good in that it has lots of direction and is already written. So I think it would work well for a one on one game.

So I was reading the Elven Crystals last night, and I agree, very well written and looks easy to run with only one player.

I was also struck by Deja Vu... I have actually ran the first adventure before... 20 years ago! Talk about flash backs... I could tell you exactly were I was at the time too (in the back room of Aaron's dad's jewelry shop) and what day of the week it was (Saturday morning).

Beyond that it is all a bit of a blur, although I do vividly remember the opening scene with Ned stealing the bar maid (and the picture for it - Ned rolling the barrel up or down a hill!)

Funny how your might works, huh...

With 1 player though, prepare to speed through the adventure. I imagine you could get through it all in 2 or 3 sessions (maybe 1 per chapter).

Yes, I suspect we will power through it...

I was thinking of asking your wife to join us - leaving you at home to look after the kiddie-winkles, but again we aren't really planning our session times ahead of time...
