Treadmills and Swimsuits

--I went running today just to see how long I could keep it up. I was able to run at a speed of between 2 and 4 miles per hour for a good thirteen minutes and then walking for two at 2 miles per hour. I'm pretty pleased with this considering I haven't really "worked out" in a long time. Then I went down to the pool and swam for half an hour. I ( Read more... )

Being fit would be nice, but alas, I cannot exercise. :(
