BBQ DAY was a success. Josh had a great time for his birthday, which is all I wanted. So many fucking kids showed up it was a blast! We were spinning Motown records all day and we must have made a thousand veggie burgers and dogs. Landed a great serving position. Finished day 1 of training and my trainer walked out with $113 from lunch in tips and kept reiterating how that's not even a good lunch rush. Fuck yes? I really love living here. Today house hunting and tonight Shotgun Heard Around the World party. Orlando, Chicago, New York, Miami, Pittsburgh, San Fransisco, and possibly more all get together in their own towns to shotgun a beer at the same time. Hopefully I don't barf.

I landed an interview on Monday that I had to pass a fucking Scan-tron test to get! I should be waiting tables soon enough. Having all this time off has been awesome with all of the shows going on. the Boxed Elders show was one of the best shows I've been to in a long time.
