Tannim stood before the archway they'd come through and drew his energy out and into the Gate, similar to the way he'd done it earlier.

But even with the Gatorade and Power Bars and the time he'd taken to focus and recharge, Tannim was barely able to stand after opening the Gate. Once room 208 came into sharp focus, he anchored the Gate and stumbled through it, not trusting himself to even speak.

It was against his better judgement, as he wanted to wait till all the students were through but Wilson had to accept that he was a blazing liability to the group as long as he and the angelic powered ring on his finger remained in the Underworld, so he jumped through close behind the others.

Wyatt took hold of Lana and steered her toward the gate. "I don't know how you two got here," he said, "but you're going back now." Before Lana could protest, he pushed her through the gate.

Anders followed right behind her -- he wanted desperately to throw up, and no way was he going to do that in hell.

Wyatt waved goodbye to his mom as Paige orbed out with Phoebe, Piper, and Angel. He'd call her later to check in. Right now she had to comfort her sister.

Tannim had held the Gate open for as long as he could, but he no longer had energy to feed it. He lost the anchor and the Gate flashed, tendrils of blue-green light streaking out just before it collapsed into itself. And then there was only a closet.

Tannim had just enough left to drag himself onto his bed before he passed out.

And that would be Wyatt and Chris, still in the Underworld, looking at the place where the gate had once stood.

"Because of Lana and that other guy," Wyatt groaned. "We had two extras coming back. We are so screwed."

"Maybe... maybe Aunt Paige will realize that we didn't make it back and orb down to get us?" Chris suggested, though the sounds of angry demons seemed to be getting closer.

"She didn't go back to the school, though," Wyatt pointed out. "She and mom will have no idea we didn't go back through the gate."
