After unsuccessfully trying to talk some sense into Phoebe, Piper stopped by Bel's room. She hoped he might know of anything else that could help, so she knocked on the door.

"Come in," Bel called wearily. "It's open."

"The spell didn't work," Piper said, not even bothering with a proper greeting as she walked into the room.

"Shit," Bel swore. "Why not?"

"I think it might have something to do with the fact that she wants to be a mermaid now," Piper sighed. "I tried to talk some sense into her."

Piper looked down helplessly. "I don't know what else to do...I can't lose her."
