That damned treaty they were pissing and moaning about never got signed so earth is fair game. Might I suggest inflicting some damage on earth to make up for the nasty bout of cramps this nonsense causes... perhaps a good old fashioned biblical plague... or a freak volcano eruption somewhere like... oh... a convent or an orphanage... or the fucking Vatican? That might roust out a bit of a rescue squad from the upper levels to provide a target or two.
