I like the way you described the methodical nature of the other store. It paints a very vivid contrast, and I totally understand the need for simple order. Sometimes a job becomes a default cross for people. Worst of all, politics -- the personal games people play with each other and the ridiculous power struggles that go on just to make them feel important in petty positions that would mean absolutely nothing if money wasn't always the bottom line in our society. Just saying.
