I don't usually comment on your post, though I do check your LJ twice a week, maybe more sometimes. I really love your drawing skills, I look at them and wish someday i'll be able to pull off something of the sort as well, I mean it, they're amazing -claps-
I like Buttercup's outfit on the one they are with their guitars/sticks, the boots look badass~
I think I shouldn't, but I'm going to anyways.. Did you notice in the canon that her bass is holded on her other hand, as if it were a lefties one? at first it didn't look right to me and I noticed that was the reason, but I'm just mentioning, what do you think, is she a left-player, or it was just so the 'movement' of the trio lines didn't "clash" or something?
I didnt notice that, but normally, unless I'm seriously taking a project on or filling a request, I dont have as much time to look into referances as I should, if I look at all (admitingly, I used none in any of these pictures, go figure).
Cannonly, I think it could be assumed she's left handed, it just isnt something that I immediately recall when drawing. Sorry about that.
Aaaaahhhh. I was wondering where you'd gotten off to. :) Some gorgeous artz from you always helps chase the grumpies away. Oy with the workstuffs, chica; I sincerely hope it'll get better for you soon. :/
I'll try not to disappear again, but Life has been seriously kicking my behind. As for work, I doubt it'll get easier, but there's not much I can do about it, methinks, short of running out of the building, screaming something random like Black Striped trout, and then throwing myself off a very shallow cliff.
Word. Same here, only instead of work, it's college. Urk. And (you're the first person I'm telling, yay you!) I just found out, while filling out my application for graduation, I might have to take an extra class that NO COUNSELOR OR ADVISER SAW FIT TO TELL ME ABOUT. So in a bit I'mma go bring it up with an adviser and see what's up. Because that's MESSED. UP. MEEESSSSEEEDDD. UUUUUPPPPP. D8
Well, In their defense, there's only a few of them, at most a few dozen, and thousands of students> But that sucks. Stupid credit requirements always sucks, though i'd rather be in your shoes right now. >T
They even pushed Black friday ahead! Glutteny before Greed people! Plus I miss all those Pilgrim hats. Well, I suppose from a buisness point of view, the longer they advertise shiny things, the more money they can make...
Double sided tape is your best friend in that outfit though.
Awesomeface, awesomeface, awesomeface all over the place. (Hey there, btw!)
Your Kid!Bubbles is so cute! And hey, nothing wrong with awesome ladies in sexy outfits. I think about the girls and their "band" a ridiculous amount, more than is healthy, I'm sure, so I totally dig artings of them. And Bubbles! Waving that club around like nothing. (Club? wtf are those things called, anyway?) Oh, Brick. Screwing things up again.
I love your lady-figures. They're always so ultra-feminine and pretty. Shirtless satyr!Brick isn't losing any points either, despite the missing arm. Love the little detail of his wing supporting her body too, btw. It's good to see your drawings again :)
On a final note, I love how even as a pony Brick is so broad-shouldered/chested. No wonder Blossom wants a piece.
PAX! I recall you went last year as well? Am I right in assuming it was awesome, since it appears to warrant a return trip?
I should of given kid bubbles an actual background and picture, but I got lazy....
Band PPG is fun I admit, But I'm pretty sure that the Professor would have a hernia and would of burned their wardrobe if they ever wore that....
(Actually I drew those reds as more brick reluctantly fixing the darn problem, like the darn romantic sap that I am) I think the proper idea would be a double sided giant iron mace, though I cant recall the correct name for the thing. All I can think of calling it is Mr. Smashy. =_=;;;;
Yup, I've been going to Pax East since to started; It's a great place for anyone who likes game (tabletop, board, video, or otherwise) to go and enjoy themselves. It also has an added perk of being on the same EXACT weekend of Anime Boston (No matter how you view it; personally I Hope AB goes down in acid flamessssss, but I have personal reasons for not liking that convention)
