Ok, so I'm thinking about moving out and getting an apartment soon and I'm looking for anyone who would be interested in moving in and splitting the rent.

There are only 3 conditions:
1.  You can keep up with the rent.
2.  I can trust you.
3.  You aren't a total doucebag.
