August 17th || EMERGENCY WATCH MEETING!
As stated by Valeria in THIS POST, the Watch is calling an emergency meeting on behalf of the village in light of Sindragosa's attack. The meeting will be held Valeria and Souji at the inn at 8 PM sharp on the 17th. In other words, it takes place five hours after Sindragosa's defeat and subsequent incarceration in the dungeon. As always, residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend. The community as a whole has a lot to discuss in the aftermath of the Sindragosa's attack.
For those of you who aren't familiar with the meetings, the Watch regularly holds them on the 27th of each month at 1 PM at Town Hall in order to discuss Demeleier's current affairs and faery hijinks. Residents of the village who are not part of the Watch are welcome and encouraged to attend and weigh in about any and all topics brought up. Today's meeting will obviously be little different from the standard, but some things don't change. This is an OOC organization post just to keep everyone on the same page.
Please bear in mind that even if your characters don't attend, they can watch the meeting as it occurs using their communicators. It is being broadcast. They are also welcome to get in touch with Valeria or Souji following the meeting to submit their input or share their concerns. Given circumstances resulting from the mini-plot, Souji might not be as effective as Valeria, however.

The Agenda
• Reports. Valeria and Souji will be requesting any and all information members and residents have to offer in a variety of different areas in the form of reports, be they written or verbal, given immediately or sometime following the meeting. This section will be further divided into the following categories: The Injured, The Missing, The Dead, Damages (Forest and Village Structures), Sindragosa. With regards to the Sindragosa section, this includes anything from her movements to her words and behaviors to her abilities. The more detailed the reports given, the better as it may help them to better piece together exactly what happened and what needs doing. If your character has something to report that does not fit into a given category, please let Kana know and she'll add the section.
• Reconstruction and Fortification. Reconstruction of the damaged forest and village structures will be presented as a topic of discussion following discussion about damages done to the aforementioned items. The idea of fortification will also be introduced at this time. Concerns, questions, suggestions, planning, and offers -- everything relating to (re)construction and fortification goes here, be it of the forest or village structures.
• Preemptive Planning. Although Sindragosa has been defeated and contained, the possibility of Demeleier facing a threat of her magnitude remains a possibility. Rather than waiting until it happens and trying to deal with the situation at that time, Valeria and Souji will put the topic of preemptive planning forward at this time and will be requesting input from Watch members and residents alike to better formulate a plan of action that will work to the benefit of everyone as a whole. Input, comments, questions, suggestions -- it all goes here!
• What to Do With Sindragosa Now. Valeria and Souji will report that Sindragosa has been detained by the Watch. They have her in custody and the current plan is to hold and keep her under close observation. The question of what to do with Sindragosa now will be posed to the residents; though, Valeria will also reiterate that they intend to ask pose question again at the regular meeting. Answers are not required at this time; though they may be given. What would you like to see happen, Demeleier?
• Open Floor. Open floor is exactly that. Anything goes here so long as it's Watch or community-oriented and/or related. Anything deemed of immediate importance by any resident or Watch member may be brought up at this time. Discussion is also allowed and encouraged.
