And to surviving Russian we need 3000000 newborns in a year. And for each of them the losses will be 18 years (mother time will chande on teachers and doctors time, but let it be the same value: it corresponded to money for child in RF internat). Multiplyting 7000$*18*3000000 will have OVER RF year budget incom. According this analysis ONLY way to survive for Russian is a COMMON DEEP POVERTY. And then your ideas is very direct attemp to organize genocide of Russian. And you under corresponded criminal clime, with your ideas. According international laws against genocide.
