Pretty People Pt. 1

Nov 14, 2007 13:57

Okay, so apparently I am never going to write another word on my NaNovel, because I spent all day long playing on the internet instead. I don't have my gargantuan picture file on this computer, so I just had to go and find pics of all the guys I liked from the list earlier. And then, after going to all that work, it seemed silly not to share them. I broke this into two parts, but it's still not dial-up friendly. They're in alphabetical order, because I'm just organized that way. This part is Ben Affleck-Sean Maher. For James Marsden-Billy Zane click here

Ben Affleck
I liked him as an actor, but I never really found him that attractive until Daredevil. Weird, I know.

Billie Joe Armstrong
Mmmm, eyeliner. He's also just adorably cute.

Adam Baldwin
Not usually my type at all, but he's just really compelling to me, even when he's playing big and dumb. Maybe especially when he's playing big and dumb.

Christian Bale

from one of my favorite seriously underrated movies, Equilibrium which also stars Sean Bean so go and watch it.

Jamie Bamber
I know I'm in the minority, but I can't stand BSG. I love Jamie Bamber, but I don't even think he's as cute in it as he's been in other things, and it's not just the lack of his usual lovely accent. This is the only decent quality, pre-BSG picture I could find. I should just go put some from my own collection on my flash drive and bring them in here, but that's too much work for something I'm just using as a way to waste time.

Paul Bettany
I love him. I first saw him in A Knight's Tale, but he's since made utterly terrible films like Firewall watchable. He's a deliciously nasty bad guy.

Orlando Bloom
So very pretty.

David Bowie
He's one of the most gorgeous people to ever live, and he's so talented it makes me want to cry. Of course he's on this list.

Pierce Brosnan

Gabriel Byrne
I've always adored him. It's the fault of Stigmata that he was bolded though, priest or not.

Hayden Christensen
Very iffy for me, and it's 90% about the hair.

Life as a House Hayden Christensen is pretty, and seemed to be a decent actor as well.

Star Wars Hayden Christensen is neither of those things. Sure it was bad material, but a good actor can make bad material sparkle.

Harry Connick Jr.
His accent makes me melt, and he's a pianist which makes great hands a given. I've got a thing for hands.

Alan Cumming

John Cusack

Hugh Dancy

Patrick Dempsey
I adored him as the geeky kid in the 80s, but now he's just really nice to look at.

Alexis Denisof
For awhile I wondered if I would still think he was pretty if he wasn't Wesley. That was a stupid thing to wonder. He's so very pretty.

Johnny Depp
I was one of the many girls who fell in love with him when he played Tom on 21 Jump Street.

Jason Dohring
I think that i forgot to italicize him. Italics, because he's cute, but it's really the character he plays on Moonlight that I adore. I was pretty well unaware of his existence prior to Moonlight, which has finally become a show that I can recommend people watch. Sadly there are only a handful of episodes left before they run out of scripts, and even if the writers were working, CBS hasn't ordered more. On that show, he plays a 408 year old vampire. He's sarcastic and a pragmatist, and Mick St. John's best friend. Mick is a 90+ year old vampire idealist who hates what he is, and yet manages to be less annoying than Angel or Nick Knight. (Both shows I loved, but I spent a lot of time wanting to knock the guys in the head. Minor characters were what kept me watching).

Stephen Dorff
I discovered him in the Beatles & Stu Sutcliffe (an original Beatle) biopic Backbeat. He was just so pretty, and it's insane how much he looked like Stu.

This was the only halfway decent picture I could find of him from Backbeat. Again, I really should stop being lazy and go get some of my pictures from off the other computer.

George Eads
So this is 99% about the character he plays on television. Nick is adorable, and I love him, so I've got to love George Eads too.

Oded Fehr

Joseph Fiennes
I think he's actually better looking than Ralph, but Ralph is more intense. So he probably wins on the overall attractiveness scale. The two of them were people I thought of about ten minutes after posting the meme as people I could have added at the bottom.

Ralph Fiennes

Carmine Giovinazzo

Hugh Grant

John Hannah

Jason Isaacs

Hugh Jackman

Christian Kane
I actually prefer him with his more clean-cut season 1 of Angel look, but I don't mind the long hair either. Also he has a great voice.

Hugh Laurie

Jude Law

From The Talented Mr. Ripley, which may be my favorite film with him in it. It's either this one or Gattaca. Which reminds me of someone else I've left off this list, Ethan Hawke. Oh well, later.

Heath Ledger

Rob Lowe
I honestly can't remember a time when I didn't like Rob Lowe, but it was The West Wing that really made me adore him.

Sean Maher
Simon Tam on Firefly. He was the prettiest.
