Absolutely loved this. So heartbreaking that Brian has to go through this again, but I love how quietly and simply the relationship between he and Justin has evolved, that they're able to handle it in a straight forward way, without Brian hiding anything. I also love that Brian learned to ask for something, instead of suffering in silence.

I always like to give both of them credit for having a successful mature relationship after 5 years of drama.

And you're right on the money, this was less about the cancer and more about the way Brian handled it this time.
