All right, we hear you. You have an inactive castmate, someone apped in looking great and quickly spiraled down into an OOC horror, or maybe the mods did something you weren't cool with! That's fine, and we'll certainly help you deal with it. Take one of the forms below, fill it out, and comment with your issue in the subject, if you'd be so kind! All comments are screened and anonymous is enabled. And of course, all matters will be treated with utmost respect and anonymity, and we'll take care of it to the best of our ability.

Anon is enabled in good faith, so we sincerely hope that it won't be abused. Gotta give a little to get a little, right?


MOD COMPLAINTS

• Mod complaints work very much the same as either of the below-- we're just players, like everyone else, and are open to both activity complaints and characterization complaints, but we get an added bonus! Mod complaints! If there's anything we've done that rubbed you the wrong way, let us know here and we'll take care of it right away!
  
• Mod complaints, unlike the two following, don't need three strikes; they'll be taken care of immediately. List which mod you're referring to, and whether it's an activity/characterization/other mod complaint. If it's the first two, use the corresponding forms below. If it's general, use the one here!

ACTIVITY COMPLAINTS

• Please provide the character name and series, as well as a few links for an accurate picture of their activity level. We understand that some people can character squat by simply posting for A/C and fail to tag castmate entries and other posts, and will investigate as thoroughly as possible, but any links are an immense help!
  
• Activity complaints will be dealt with accordingly-- should we find enough proof for inactivity, the player will be given a warning, and as the rules state, after three warnings the character will be taken from them.

CHARACTERIZATION COMPLAINTS

• Characterization complaints are, of course, complaints about OOC behavior. We'll require a link or two to the OOC behavior and an explanation as to why it's a departure from the character's actual personality and, if possible, a link to prove the character's actual personality-- it could be a manga chapter, or part of an episode, or clips of a video game and such, but this isn't really necessary.
  
• Every complaint will be considered carefully and a warning will be issued if we agree that there's a problem, and like activity complaints, three warnings and the character will be pulled.
