The Angel Chronicles: season 5 virtues.
So I'm all done with AtS! And season 5 was a great ride, but tbh I didn't think much of the finale. But, I'm gonna break down the season into loves and hates, a post for each, and we'll see what conclusions we draw! Also, this way I'll catch up with the post I meant to write before I got ill.

It's good to be able to see more of these characters and relationships in the comics. Maybe not as much as we'd like, but...
Spike and Angel's "one time": I kind of like it when characters are bisexual. Though I like heterosexual and homosexual people to be represented. And I like that these two have all kinds of history.
Wesley was more innocent before he got his memories back, like his old self but with more edge.
With a soul, Harmony might have grown up one day. I always feel sorry for her being stuck at the silliest time of her life, as C.S. Lewis would put it.
Hate Hamilton.
Word on Wolfram & Hart and Cordelia.
Cool college Connor was an improvement for me, and I'm glad he was reintegrated. One one hand what Angel did at the end of Season Four was a loving gesture, on the other hand it was a violation of Connor's personhood and those of the team (as Cordelia pointed out). It's a great series where one action can be both.
